1. Within the 7-day validity period from the date of receipt, provided that the purchased goods are in a resalable condition and accompanied by the original packaging and receipt, our company will accept either a refund or exchange.
2. Returns and exchanges are not applicable to consignment stores.
3. Our policy permits a one-time exchange or return of each product. Products that have been exchanged previously, discounted items, and customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
4. The refunded amount will be subject to a deduction of handling fees and shipping costs, if any.

1. Due to the exceptional nature of our gold jewelry, it is regarded as custom-made jewelry and therefore, returns or exchanges are not allowed.
